Rent Cafe Resident Portal
Rent cafe is an online platform and application that allows residents to submit work orders, pay rent and set up reoccurring payments, and receive important correspondence emails from the property. All residents are encouraged to sign up for rent cafe as soon as possible.
Rent is due on the 1st day of every month. Residents have a three day grace period to pay their balance.
A $60 late fee is applied on the 4th day of every month.
All residents are required to maintain a renter’s insurance policy for the entire duration of their lease and proof must be provided at the time of move-in and renewal. Typically, renter’s insurance policies can be added to your existing car insurance policy for a bundled rate.
